Clean room, good location near Sauchiehall Str., helpful staff.
Heatin should be on for more hours during cold days.
Nice breakfast and friendly staff. Clean and warm.
Room very small for a double. No hot water in downstairs shower in the evening. Unclear when booking that it was not an en-suite. I believed a standard double came with a bathroom--the contary was not clear when booking.
very good location, staff friendly and helpful
no shower gel /shampoo, just a small soap in the bathroom
the guy seeing us in was very pleasant and helpful
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Room too small, noisy and with an awful view. If you come back late at night you have to ring to come in.
The price and location were both good, the staff were friendly and the breakfast was lovely.
location was great.
no heat in a cold room when the weather was poor and damp. I asked the staff to turn on the heat and he never did. Obviously a cost cutting thing. even getting a extra blanket was hard to get.
Handy for city center including shopping and going to gigs.
That hill I think it might be called Scott Street, wow I have never seen a steeper road.
The shower was small but clean and worked, tv and coffee/tea facilities were fine
We booked a double room with bathroom, it was tiny! The room was tiny!, The bathroom was tiny!. You could hear everything the next room was doing through the walls (lucky it was just watching tv) and it was too hot at night (and it was freezing outside)
24Hour reception, nice breakfast, friendly staff, quiet area.
Shower didn't run very fast.
No heating. Not providing 2 rooms for 4 people and having to have 5 people in one room.
It is a well cared-for establishment that still feels like an old- fashioned home. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The location is very close to Sauchiehall and Bath Streets -- therefore, near shopping and cool bars and pubs. The price was excellent, and included a warm Scottish breakfast.
The water pressure in the shower was mediocre at best, and the room felt slightly cramped. Breakfast is in a limited time frame -- 7:30 to 9:00 A.M.
The price is very economical and includes breakfast which is always a nice addition. A short distance to the restaurants and bars nearby.
Quite a walk to the shopping areas. Our room was small for two people.
Had a pretty good location and had a great sign so we found it easily. Breakfast was great, simple but filling.
Bed was not the nicest, but you could sleep on it. The room was very old and bathroom only just clean enough. Few hairs in shower.
The comfortable bed and ensuite bathroom
